Anyone who is concerned about falls; has fallen in the past; or wants to improve their balance, flexibility and strength should attend. Exercises start in week 3. Exercise can be modified sitting in a chair. MEDICARE 101 FREE Medicare 101 class covers the summary of benefits in Part A and Part B, Medicare choices and updates, how to enroll in Part D, how to avoid health care fraud, and many other helpful resources. CMH HEALTH ANDWELLNESS INFANT MASSAGE: BOND WITH YOUR BABY THROUGH INFANT MASSAGE Infant massage supports secure bonding, physical and mental development, relaxation, respect, and communication with your baby. It helps improve sleep quality for both baby and parents. Learn how to do infant massage with your baby through a class here at CMH. Class instructor Heather Robinson, DPT, LMT, has been a doctor of physical therapy for six years and a licensed massage therapist for 12 years. She is an adult and pediatric physical therapist. The movements are simple, continuous and rhythmic. They can be modified for those with mobility difficulties.
